This position will suit an experienced 'networker' that has experience in an advisor position, preferably at a prestige dealership who has a passion for maintenance, service and repairs ensuring customer satisfaction and relations. You must be organised and disciplined and 100% committed to proving exceptional customer service and loyalty. Duties include: Act as the prime point of contact between the Service Department and the customers for repair and maintenance service on vehicles Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times Actively manage customers' expectations of their servicing needs Invoicing and preparing Repair Orders in a timely matter Pentana Solutions (ERA Power) experience will be beneficial The successful applicant must have: A professional demeanour, excellent organisational skills, and be able to maintain their composure when under pressure from customers and workshop A thorough understanding and hands on experience of maintaining Mercedes-Benz vehicles Previous experience working with a luxury automotive brand will be highly regarded Excellent attention to detail (we have zero documentation error expectations) Superior people and communication skills (covering verbal, written and electronic) High level of competency with Microsoft Outlook and Office, including Word, Excel etc. Experience with ERA Power will be highly regarded A passion for Mercedes-Benz is a given You are pro‑active and competitive, yet supportive of your colleagues seeking your assistance and whilst maintaining and building customer relations. Informative with car details and warranties, questions and documentation handling.
