What you'll be doing
To assist the Oral Health Patient Flow Manager by undertaking a wide range of tasks that support effective and equitable patient flow through the oral health service to ensure that the service is provided within state wide benchmarks.
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in an office environment and ability to perform routine administrative duties.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people both internal and external stakeholders in a service that is located across a large geographic area.
- Demonstrated experience to accurately and concurrently use common information, communication and computer systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work co-operatively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination against Specific Diseases
This is a Category ‘B’ position, please read and understand NSW Health policy directive PD2024_015
All new employees must agree to comply with the requirements outlined in this policy. OASV requirements also include proof of vaccination against influenza and is compulsory for NSW Staff that enter any Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) or who work in NSW Health owned and operated RACFs
