Creative Solutioning Manager, Advisors Creative Desk Mastercard Overview The Creative Solutioning role within the Advisors Creative Desk (ACD) focuses on ensuring Mastercard’s in-house creative services are scoped and positioned effectively for client needs, avoiding third-party cost exposure and creating smooth entry points into new areas for our services. The role also composes sophisticated solutions for key clients, including creative elements as part of a broader Mastercard Services bundle. Responsibilities Lead the scoping of project briefs from Marketing Services and internal stakeholders, defining deliverables, timelines, and costings to align with client goals. Act as a core partner with Marketing Services and Sales, bridging together internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project setup. Collaborate with Creative Strategists to review, analyze, and present clear and strategic recommendations for result-driven marketing solutions powered by creatives. Support ACD’s entry into new markets by shaping engagement strategies, monitoring early project execution, and embedding ACD as a trusted partner. Prepare and deliver monthly stakeholder reports combining quantitative metrics with qualitative updates (e.g., case studies, internal initiatives) to showcase ACD’s impact and progress. Assist ACD APAC Leadership on strategic initiatives such as internal enablement, awareness campaigns, and process improvements that elevate ACD’s integration within Mastercard. Serve as the trusted deputy of the APAC Creative Solutioning Lead to drive overall growth, positioning, and adoption of ACD services across the region. Track and report success metrics, including third‑party costs avoided, ACD penetration within Marketing Services, stakeholder engagement, and impactful creative‑powered solutions. Analytical & Insight-Driven : Adept at identifying opportunities and evaluating where creative support can add value; able to distill complex information into clear recommendations. Strategic Market Mindset : Forward‑looking and adaptable, anticipating challenges in new markets and shaping engagement strategies. Reporting & Storytelling : Strong ability to analyze and synthesize quantitative results and qualitative case studies into clear, compelling updates for senior stakeholders. Process-Oriented & Improvement Focused : Skilled in synthesizing project learnings, monitoring performance, and recommending improvements that strengthen efficiency and positioning. Collaborative Builder & Innovator : Future-focused, growth-minded, and cross‑culturally adaptable; enthusiastic about co‑creating with teams across APAC.
