Keep It Simple: Clarity in Transformation Reporting directly to the global Group Director, People Partnering, and working day-to-day as a trusted partner to the CEO ANZ, this is a pivotal role in evolving the culture, leadership capability, and people strategy of the region. You will: Partner with the CEO on transformation and organisational design, building leadership strength to deliver strategic priorities. Embed global HR processes – including talent frameworks, performance management, and succession planning – ensuring consistency and best practice across all markets. Lead and inspire the ANZ People team, building cohesion and shared purpose, even within a global reporting structure. Represent ANZ on the Global Talent Council and contribute to designing innovative international people solutions. Success here demands commercial sharpness, strong judgement, collaboration, and the ability to influence senior leaders.
