You’ll work closely with senior team members to maintain desktop systems, AV/VC setups, and assist with inventory and end-user support.* Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, and network-connected devices* Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user equipment, video conferencing systems, and basic network issues* Maintain user access, data integrity, and system security protocols* Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and nontechnical users* Assist with hardware/software upgrades and asset lifecycle tasks* Participate in IT infrastructure projects and team initiatives* Support training efforts for basic applications and tools* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver service excellence* Help manage inventory and AV/VC equipment for the Parramatta site**What You Will Bring:*** Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years, or High School with 4+ years of related experience* Solid foundation in desktop support and infrastructure troubleshooting* Strong communication and teamwork skills* Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic IT environment* Ability to follow procedures and contribute to process improvementWe encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
