We support brands primarily through paid advertising and email marketing, using these channels to attract the right customers, improve conversions and repeat purchases and increase customer lifetime value. Our work prioritises informed decisions, long-term thinking, and building systems that support consistent growth rather than short-term sales spikes or trend-driven tactics. About The Role We’re growing and are looking for a Digital Strategist to support new clients joining the agency. This role blends performance execution with client strategy - perfect for someone who’s comfortable managing campaigns while building strong client relationships. You’ll manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok, while also contributing to strategy, client communication, and reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team and director to ensure every touchpoint, from ad to inbox, feels consistent and drives meaningful growth for our clients. What You’ll Do Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok Monitor and analyse performance (ROAS, MER, AOV, CAC) and make data-led recommendations Manage client communication, strategy updates, and reporting Collaborate with our creative and email teams to align campaigns across channels Identify trends, testing opportunities, and growth areas for clients Contribute to creative direction and audience strategies Support in building scalable systems and campaign processes as we grow What You’ll Bring 3+ years experience working in paid media , ideally within an agency environment Proven experience managing Meta and/or Google Ads for eCommerce Strong understanding of analytics, attribution, and campaign optimisation Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills Creative thinker who understands content and brand positioning Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts Bonus: Klaviyo or email marketing experience Why You’ll Love Working With Us Newly built, modern office on the Gold Coast Dog-friendly workspace (yes, bring your pup) Flexible hours and hybrid working options Work with premium, purpose-led brands in fashion, lifestyle, and wellness Be part of a small, creative team Opportunities to grow with the agency as we expand our client base #J-18808-Ljbffr
