Your Role - The Burger Urge Crew Member As a Crew Member, you’re the face of Burger Urge, interacting with customers, preparing our legendary burgers, and keeping the kitchen running like a well-oiled machine. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting your career, we want you if you're passionate about delivering top-notch service and thriving in a high-energy environment What You’ll Do: Be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting them with a smile and taking orders with energy. Prepare food following Burger Urge’s high standards, grilling, frying, assembling, and creating mouth-watering meals. Keep our kitchen and dining areas spotless while ensuring top-tier hygiene and cleanliness. Operate kitchen equipment with precision (grills, fryers, ovens), and manage inventory like a pro. Handle cash and card transactions with ease while maintaining accurate records. Work seamlessly with your team to serve up orders quickly and correctly, ensuring customers leave happy and satisfied. Learn and grow by participating in ongoing training sessions, becoming an expert in Burger Urge products and procedures.
