Prada is looking for an experienced Full Time Client Advisor to join our boutique in Bondi Junction. The successful candidate will love fashion, have experience in luxury, and enjoy building relationships with our clients. You will also have flexibility to work across late nights and weekends. As a Client Advisor: You will be client-centric, building relationships with new clients whilst continuing to strengthen your existing relationships You will manage all client expectations and always uphold a genuine yet professional attitude that reflects the DNA of the PRADA group You will assist the team with any store operational activities, including back of house, stock, VM or reporting You will take a proactive approach in upskilling yourself on product and brand knowledge You have previous sales experience within a retail environment – preferably high end or luxury. You have excellent communication skills and can confidently communicate with all clients You enjoy having a sales focused mindset and like to be creative in your approach to attract clients You have a can-do attitude with everything that you do, always thinking one step ahead You contribute to a supportive team culture, and like to collaborate with your peers You have a genuine interest in the brand, a keen eye for fashion, trends and competitor knowledge At Prada, the customer experience is at the heart of everything we do.
