As a Software Developer, we’ll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience to: Design, develop, test, deploy, debug and maintain full-stack desktop and cloud applications. Utilitise the appropriate infrastructure, database and programming technologies including: C#, Visual Objects (VO), SQL and Azure-cloud. Ensure team code is clean, secure, maintainable and of high-quality using best practices. Collaborate in a cross-functional, Agile environment where we aim to learn and grow together while we deliver awesome results for the business and our amazing customer base Develop leadership in programming, assisting leaders, testers, and other team members as needed to determine and solve problems. Participate in continual improvement of our culture, systems, processes and tooling including self‑improvement. We believe our ideal applicant will demonstrate the following attributes: Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A passion for learning and staying updated on the latest technologies and best practices in software development. Proficiency in developing for Windows Forms, WPF, and familiarity with NuGet package manager. Database expertise, with knowledge of MS SQL and database design principles, is an asset. Strong self‑organisation and time management skills, and the proven ability to meet deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable but not essential. Possession of the necessary visa and work rights for employment in Australia.
