Overview The NDIA (National Disability Insurance Agency) is growing to meet the needs of the Australian population. The NDIA requires comprehensive IT systems to support the day to day running of the organisation. The Platforms, Integration & Data team is responsible for scoping, designing, delivering and maintaining high quality IT systems and applications to support the entire agency and our partner organisations to deliver the National Disability Insurance Scheme to our participants every day. Responsibilities As a Test Automation Engineer, you will conduct testing (both manual and automated) across NDIA projects to ensure high quality of the deliverables. Conduct functional, system, integration, regression, load and performance testing Design, write, execute effective manual and automated test cases and create test data as needed Discover, reproduce, prioritize, retest, and clearly document software defects Actively participate with the team in software requirements, analysis, design phases to provide early and continuous quality feedback Provide training, coaching, mentoring to other teams/team members when required Provide high detail technical documentation for test procedures and how to Confluence pages Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders Every application requires to address selection criteria as part of application submission. Selection Criteria / Qualifications 2. Ability to demonstrate hands-on experience of version controlling with GIT 3. Playwright, Selenium Webdriver, Cucumber.js test automation frameworks demonstrated competency in developing, auditing and reviewing code 4. K6 Load Testing tool, Jmeter experience developing and executing Load Tests 5. API Testing solid hands-on experience developing and executing RESTful API Tests 6. Experience using Regular Expressions and XPath 2. Ability to understand DevOps process and use DevOps tools. 3. Experience working in a cloud environment specifically AWS and/or Azure. 4. Demonstrated commitment to meeting agreed work targets and standards. Enthusiastic about ICT - willing to give something a go. Broad experience across different ICT disciplines. Experience in working in an operational environment through ICT management frameworks such as ITIL. #J-18808-Ljbffr
