About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Client Services Manager to serve as the conduit between our managers and clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with our client book. You will work closely with various departments to deliver outstanding results and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire client journey with White Sky Deeply understand client needs to provide unique and tailored solutions Collaborate across internal teams to deliver excellent client service Proactively identify and solve problems before they arise Prepare and generate reports for internal parties Manage workflows and performance of on‑ and offshore team members Own liaison and management of ATO dealings for clients Monitor all client deadlines and ensure prompt service Maintain regular contact with clients through all mediums, addressing concerns or issues Maintain all physical and digital records Assist with managing the firm’s Governance, Risk and Compliance strategy Support team members with various ad‑hoc tasks as needed Requirements Experience as a Client Services Manager or equivalent role in accounting and business services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record with BAS preparation Strong problem‑solving abilities—creative and results‑driven Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously Proficiency in ATO portal, CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Sound knowledge of administrative processes and regulations in the accounting industry Experience using cloud accounting software such as Xero Knowledge or interest in the music/creative industry is highly valued Benefits Work‑life integration allowing flexible, individualized schedules Free weekly lunches, social events (wine and museum tours), and an amazing CBD headquarters 24/7 wellbeing, medical and safety support through our partner Sonder Mentoring and coaching from industry leaders Plenty of opportunities for growth and promotion A leadership team that focuses on your career goals and work expectations to ensure you feel valued and fulfilled Please provide a cover letter telling us why you are the perfect fit for this role and what you can bring to the White Sky team.
