Store Account Manager

Be the face of Tool Kit Depot for trade and commercial customers - both in-store and on-site. This role blends account management with business development, giving you the chance to grow sales and strengthen customer relationships. Description Drive commercial sales through onsite visits, quoting, and tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with tradesman, small businesses, and mid-tier commercial partners. Actively prospect new business opportunities and grow a pipeline of accounts. Coach in-store team members on trade-focused service standards. Assist with large orders, deliveries, and operational support during peak times. Ensure compliance with WHS and company policies while maintaining high service standards. Profile A successful Store Account Manager should have: 2-5 years' experience in account management or business development (trade/industrial sector desirable). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities. Commercial acumen and attention to detail. Current Australian driver's licence and flexibility to travel locally. Comfortable working primarily Monday-Friday with occasional weekend support.
