The Role We’re looking for a highly organised and analytical Demand Controller to join our Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing and coordinating short-term supply and demand requirements across multiple product groups. Acting as the vital link between Demand, Sales, Supply, and Customer Service, you’ll ensure forecast accuracy, effective communication, and optimal product availability. What You’ll Do Monitor and adjust demand forecasts to ensure accuracy and reliability. Facilitate the Weekly Demand Review and coordinate change control requests for abnormal demand. Communicate daily with Sales and Supply to resolve issues and align priorities. Lead Root Cause Analysis sessions and recommend process improvements. Attend and contribute to weekly ITP meetings, representing demand insights and requirements. Support the Demand Planning team during planned or unplanned leave periods. What You’ll Bring 2-3 years experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability. A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong business acumen.
