Learn more at What will you be doing? Help us turn big questions into smart answers We’re looking for a creative problem-solver who loves data, analytics, and AI. In this role, you’ll design Brainwaves; our new AI tool that transforms raw data into clear, actionable insights that help clients make better decisions, faster. Job Responsibilities Design Brainwaves : You’ll be the creative force behind the next generation of Circana Brainwaves; building solutions that fuel our future growth and help clients make smarter decisions Translate complex problems : Turn complex and unstructured business challenges into clear, actionable processes that make decision-making faster and easier for our clients Leverage data and solutions : Tap into Circana’s rich data assets (and even client or third-party data) to design Brainwaves that answer the toughest business questions Deep Dive into Data : Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to uncover insights that really matter, and use them to shape powerful Brainwaves Develop AI Prompts : craft strong, effective prompts for our AI models so they deliver accurate, meaningful insights and recommendations that drive action Collaborate with stakeholders : Work closely with internal teams and clients to make sure every Brainwave design hits the mark and delivers real commercial value Requirements 7+ years experience in insights, with a strong background in data analysis and thought leadership In-depth familiarity with Circana tools, and experience creating Unify reports and designing impactful data visualisations Proven ability to leverage data in innovative ways to best solve client problems, including cause / effect analysis Willingness to embrace new technologies and a passion for leveraging innovative solutions to drive business value Proven ability to build strong relationships and earn trust with both internal and client stakeholders, positioning yourself as a credible and trusted advisor Proven track record of interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed their expectations Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner Preferred Requirements Familiarity with Large Language Model capabilities : Some usage of LLM-based technologies, such as ChatGPT or other solutions that leverage generative artificial intelligence Circana Behaviors As well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organisation.
