CEEC is building a new Quality Team — and we’re looking for an experienced, passionate Quality Specialist to be part of this exciting next chapter. About the Role As a Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in lifting service performance and building capability across CEEC. Working within the National Quality Framework (NQF), you will guide services through the full Assessment & Rating (A&R) process, lead quality improvement initiatives, and support leaders to embed best practice. This position is based at our Paddington office and requires regular travel across our services. Key Responsibilities Lead and support services through every stage of the Assessment & Rating cycle Conduct readiness reviews, documentation audits, and mock assessments Analyse outcomes and identify improvement opportunities Develop tailored action plans and quality improvement strategies Provide coaching and mentoring to service leaders and teams Collaborate with Quality, Safeguarding, and Compliance teams to strengthen organisational practice About You Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood, Education, or Community Services Strong knowledge of the NQF and the Assessment & Rating process Experience in quality, compliance, or leadership within the ECEC sector Excellent communication, analysis, and problem‑solving skills Ability to build strong relationships and influence practice A Driver’s Licence, Blue Card, and relevant compliance clearances Why Join Catholic Early EdCare?
