Some of the key responsibilities will include: Complete projects on time and within budget, maximizing variations. Provide monthly cost estimates, cash flow, and progress claims. Assess risks, manage costs, and optimize project outcomes. Review contracts, manage suppliers, and ensure compliance. Assist with tenders, evaluate specs, and follow up on pricing. Identify risks, resolve issues, and support project success.Oversee daily activities, site operations, and work schedules. Provide technical and business support to team members. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. What makes you stand out Ideal candidate will demonstrate their experience in HVAC service, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes: Possess relevant State and National Trade Licences An understanding of pricing and estimation of Construction projects The ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
