The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Team Leader – EDM, this role is primarily responsible for the successful installation and delivery of EDM-related products. As an Installations Consultant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring quality outcomes, timely delivery, and an outstanding customer experience. This role requires working from our head office in Mount Waverley, five days per week. Key Responsibilities Install the EDM site of products and services, with training provided across various solutions according to team needs and workflow Successfully manage all allocated project tasks to ensure smooth and timely delivery. Provide professional and prompt service to both internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with stakeholders at every level. Deliver a superior customer experience throughout the entire customer journey. Proactively address customer concerns and resolves conflicts as needed. Communicate early and effectively with all stakeholders at all times. Escalate issues to the Project Manager or Integrations Manager when deadlines are at risk. Serve as a key escalation point for Field Staff during project Go-Live phases. Undertake general administration duties and to assist with ad-hoc projects or tasks as required. What’s in it for you? About You: Professional: Knowledgeable in Adobe Output Designer, Adobe Photoshop, Wilcomm Forms Designer, Crystal Reporting, SQL databases, print drivers, printer operations, and general database and network-related skills. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical abilities. Proactive and highly organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A background in the automotive industry and broad IT exposure are highly desirable. Personal: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to high work ethics.
