Allocations Consultant

Crewe Sharp is one of the leading providers of agency nurses to Residential Aged Care Facilities and Home & Community Care services across Australia. We’re growing , and we're looking for a confident and proactive Allocations Consultant to join our Melbourne team. Based in St Kilda, you’ll play a key role in coordinating our healthcare workforce and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service across multiple states and time zones. Your responsibilities will include: Answer calls and support RACF & HACC clients Manage single and bulk shift bookings Match healthcare staff to shifts (training provided) Complete general admin tasks Respond promptly to client and staff queries Build client relationships through reverse marketing & sales About You We’re looking for someone who is energetic, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
