The Opportunity CSR is looking for a WCM Engineer who's ready to take ownership of continuous improvement across our NSW operations. This role offers variety and impact—you’ll play a key part in supporting four major sites while enjoying a central base at our Cecil Park office. If you're driven by data, process discipline, and genuine operational uplift, you'll fit right in. We're a hands‑on, results-focused team. There's no hiding in the background—you’ll lead tangible improvements, partner with frontline and leadership teams, and push forward our WCM program with purpose. You will support the WCM program across 4 NSW sites, driving both cost‑saving and revenue‑enhancing initiatives for our Exterior Systems operations. You’ll lead a mix of project delivery and WCM execution—driving process improvements, supporting site initiatives, guiding capex projects and embedding WCM practices through hands‑on implementation, coaching, KPI management and ongoing capability uplift across the sites. What You'll Do Assessing processes to uncover waste, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies. Leading end-to-end process improvement projects. Embedding Lean and WCM frameworks into daily operations. Tracking KPIs and ensuring improvements stick. Using data analytics and digital tools to drive decisions. Training and uplifting site teams in Lean / WCM practices. Aligning site activity to corporate strategy and ensuring standardisation. About You You are someone who stays steady under pressure, works easily across varied teams, manages multiple projects with structure and accuracy, influences decisions at every level, and brings a curious, improvement-driven mindset. You’ll also bring : Engineering qualifications in mechanical, electrical, chemical, process or mechatronics. Strong production or maintenance background. Hands‑on experience with Lean, WCM or CI frameworks (5S, Kaizen, VSM essential). Strong project management capability, including exposure to capex and automation projects. Proven ability to analyse and interpret factory data to inform decisions. Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills. Experience in manufacturing, heavy industry or mining. Bonus : exposure to new factory setups or automation environments. Proactive, detail‑oriented and strong at engaging stakeholders at all levels.
