We're seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at Another Level Patching Pty Ltd, based in Yatala, QLD. This is a Casual role, with the opportunity to grow, offering you balance of your work and personal commitments. As our Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of our employees' payroll. What you'll be doing Accurately process weekly payroll for all employees, using Employment Hero Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations Maintain detailed payroll records and documentation Resolve any payroll-related queries or issues from employees in a timely manner Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and financial statements Collaborate with the our team to update employee information and process any changes Continuously look for ways to improve payroll processes and procedures What we're looking for Minimum 3 years' experience in a payroll administrator or similar role Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including tax and superannuation compliance Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy Proficient in using Employment Hero payroll software and spreadsheet applications Minimum 2+ years experience with Employment Hero payroll software is required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Australian work rights are required for this position Availability to work 15-20 hours per week Essential knowledge of Building and Construction awards and enterprise agreements is required What we offer At Another Level Patching Pty Ltd, we value our employees, your well-being and career development.
