We're looking for a passionate and talented Cook / Chef to join our team. If you love bold flavours, seasonal produce, and creating memorable dining experiences, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with us. What You'll Be Doing Preparing and cooking beautiful, flavour-forward dishes inspired by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines. Working across all kitchen sections to ensure smooth and consistent service. Contributing to menu development, daily specials, and creative plating. Upholding the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation. Collaborating with a friendly, passionate team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a cook or chef in a quality restaurant, wine bar, or café. Minimum of 3+ years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen environment. A strong understanding of (or keen interest in) Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours. Great communication, a team-first attitude, and solid kitchen skills. Reliability, efficiency, and a genuine passion for great food and hospitality. Must have Australian work rights as visa sponsorship is not available.
