Ricciardo Earthmoving is a medium sized, civil earthmoving company based in Malaga WA with a small but highly skilled and well stocked workshop, looking for a full-time, motivated and experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Fitter to join our team. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance, and repairs on heavy vehicles and machinery Troubleshoot mechanical issues and breakdowns efficiently Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure ongoing equipment performance and safety Work both independently and as part of a small team Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in the workshop What We’re Looking For Australian-recognized Diesel Mechanic trade qualification – highly preferred Valid Manual Driver’s License (HR License highly desirable) Relevant experience working on the similar role Strong experience working on a variety of heavy machinery : trucks, trailers, diggers, loaders, skid steers, and compaction equipment Current National Police Clearance and ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to take initiative Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards What We Offer Attractive remuneration package offered - based on experience and qualifications, salary : $75,000 to $95,000 per annum A supportive work environment Stable, full-time work with a business that has been operating for over 35 years and values safety, and quality workmanship.
