Paint Preppers – Blackburn, Coburg, Hoppers Crossing & Rowville AMA Group Ltd is seeking paint preppers for full‑time, permanent positions at sites in Blackburn, Coburg, Hoppers Crossing and Rowville. Candidates must have experience in fibre‑glazing, sign writing, surface preparation, or industrial, commercial and residential painting. Schedule Blackburn – Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:30 (38 + 7 hours guaranteed overtime) Coburg – Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00 (38 + 7 hours guaranteed overtime) Hoppers Crossing – Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:30 (38 + 7 hours guaranteed overtime) Rowville – Monday to Friday, 06:30 – 16:00 (38 + 7 hours guaranteed overtime) Responsibilities Prepare, prime, buff and denib vehicles as per job sheet. Handle all vehicles with due care and attention. Maintain your work bay and assist with cleanliness throughout the workshop. Adhere to our OH&S policy, including PPE. Requirements Previous experience in a prepper or painting role within the automotive or similar industry. Strong commitment to work safely. High attention to detail. Reliable, punctual and a team player. Full Australian work rights. Current driver's licence (not essential).
