Responsibilities Apply clinical reasoning to support people who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work Work within a multidisciplinary team with a holistic care approach to support the journey from rehabilitation to healing Perform a variety of assessments depending on your clinical expertise (e.g., functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments, ergonomic assessments, activities of daily living assessments) Collaborate with stakeholders including injured employees and employers, medical specialists and other allied health professionals Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans for clients with injuries from motor vehicle accidents or workplace injuries What’s in it for you? What Will Make You Successful Current unrestricted registration or eligibility with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA) Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Nursing Strong clinical reasoning Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals Passion to help people rehabilitate Ability to work autonomously Ready to join?
