We are seeking an internet-native creative crafting engaging social media content to join our clothing brand's tight-knit Melbourne team. The ideal candidate will blend comedic and aesthetic sensibilities to deliver engaging, creative content across social channels, showcasing our products while maintaining our unique brand voice. Responsibilities Brainstorming out-of-the-box social content Filming and editing short form content Repackaging existing content to maximise reach Engaging with our community Building strategies for brand visibility across platforms. Qualifications Experience in Management of Social Media accounts, including proven growth, reach, and community engagement A minimum of 3-4 years of social media management experience Experience in performance analytics features, including analysis of engagement graphs, growth, hook testing and trial reels Experience in Photo Editing in your chosen software Experience in Video Editing in your chosen software Experience in independent End-to-End Comedic Content creation Nice to haves Any supplementary creative abilities in art, 3D, music, or similar. Application Requirements A little bit about you The best meme in your camera roll Your most viral moment (even if it's just a dumb tweet that popped off, we wanna know about it) A Portfolio including examples of any visual, video or design work you've created A brief and broad idea of what you would bring to cool shirtz We are primarily seeking examples of experience with engaging in online communities, leveraging trends to gain reach, and utilising humour to cut through social media noise.
