Role details The Clinical Services at the Bowen Hospital is seeking applications for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team on a permanent basis. Your opportunity To deliver high level generalist physiotherapy clinical services to inpatient and outpatient clients presenting to Bowen Hospital with various conditions in the areas of respiratory, surgical, orthopaedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, rehabilitation, paediatrics and women\'s health across the age span. About The Team Our Physiotherapy Service delivers care to patients, both adults and children, throughout our hospital departments as well as in outpatient, community and rural settings. Our Physiotherapists aim to restore a person\'s function, maximising their mobility and health and minimising their dysfunction. Treatment is tailored to each individual and is based on the patient\'s needs. About Our Hospital And Health Service Mackay Hospital and Health Service has 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,700 staff. The district covers an area of approximately 90,000km2 and provides services to patients and their families in Bowen, Cannonvale, Clermont, Collinsville, Dysart, Glenden, Mackay, Middlemount, Moranbah, Proserpine and Sarina.
