Real change is hard. But it starts with connection.At 4 Voices, we walk alongside women facing domestic violence, homelessness, isolation and crisis. We help them reconnect to safety, to dignity, to a path forward. This isn’t just having a cuppa and a chat. What You’ll Do Listening without judgement. Showing up when someone’s lost everything. Staying steady when stories are heavy. Being part of a team that believes no woman should face this alone. You’ll join a powerful network of volunteers restoring dignity and connection to women doing it tough and you’ll find purpose, growth, and support along the way. This is not easy work, but it changes lives, including yours. We’re looking for someone who’s genuinely passionate about making a difference and can commit 34 hours each week or fortnight to help us be a consistent, reliable presence for the women we support. If you’re empathetic, open‑minded and able to meet people where they’re at, we’d love to have you on the team. Requirements Eligible to hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC). Commit to 34 hours each week or fortnight. Empathetic, open‑minded and able to meet people where they’re at. Commitment of more than 6 months.
