You will work closely with customers, manage project delivery, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality outcomes using best-practice Workday methodology. Key Responsibilities Manage customer relationships and provide strategic delivery guidance Oversee project governance, risk, issues, scope and timelines Mentor consultants and uplift capability across the team Ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables Champion delivery excellence and continuous improvement About You You will bring: 3–8+ years’ experience delivering Workday HCM and/or other enterprise HCM solutions Proven project management experience in complex environments Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to lead, motivate, and guide delivery teams A collaborative mindset and customer-first approach Unlock job insights Salary match Number of applicants Skills match Your application will include the following questions: How many years’ experience do you have in a consulting role?
