Sales Travel Consultant – Bendigo, VC Job no: Brand: Flight Centre Brand Work type: Full time Location: Victoria Categories: Sales and Customer Service In this role you’ll take customers’ travel dreams and turn them into reality. We seek creative, upbeat travel experts who love to serve and thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment. Responsibilities Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone, and via email. Achieve individual KPIs and sales targets by selling complete holiday packages: flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, insurance, cruises and transfers. Build a customer base of new and returning clients with regular domestic and international bookings. Serve as the go‑to source for travel advice—visas, best travel times, packing tips, destination recommendations and more. Work full‑time on a rotating 7‑day trade roster at one of our retail stores. Qualifications Seasoned traveller with a history of international trips and a strong travel‑recommendation network. Excellent organisational skills, quick to respond to phone calls and emails, and efficient calendar management. Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs in a high‑pressure environment. Enthusiastic, passionate, and warm personality that drives customer loyalty. Computer savviness, able to toggle between complex booking systems. Average first‑year earnings $70K (trends: Senior $100K, Team Leader $138K – includes super and penalty rates).
