We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support professional to join our team in Dandenong South. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, sales administration, and logistics coordination to support the distribution of dispensing closures and preform packaging products sourced from our global partners. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate order management, on-time delivery, and a high-quality customer experience. The role offers a clear development pathway, with the opportunity to progress into a sales-focused position over time. The ideal candidate brings experience in the plastics packaging industry, with an understanding of key materials, dispensing products, and industry terminology. You’ll also have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence working within a dynamic supply chain environment. What you’ll be doing Delivering responsive, high-quality customer service across all communication channels Managing customer orders and sampling requests from initial enquiry to delivery Maintaining accurate CRM data and preparing required documentation for shipments Coordinating with global suppliers to track production, stock availability, and lead times Working with freight forwarders to ensure DIFOT performance Monitoring shipping schedules, transit times, and freight costs Processing purchase orders, invoices, and related administration Providing regular feedback to customers and stakeholders on order status What we’re looking for Experience in customer service, sales support, or administration within the plastics or dispensing packaging industry Strong understanding of supply chain and international freight processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry Strong organisational skills with commitment to timely follow‑up Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (NetSuite highly regarded) Flexibility to liaise with international suppliers across time zones Highly advantageous Direct experience in the plastic packaging sector Knowledge of materials, dispensing products, closures, and industry terminology Understanding of key markets, customers, and competitors Strong numeracy for pricing, currency conversion, and margin management What we offer At Ultrapak, we strive to create a supportive and collaborative work environment that allows our employees to thrive.
