The Opportunity We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Agricultural Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take on a new challenge and join a business dedicated to keeping Tasmania moving. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support our mission – “We are here for you” – by delivering expert advice, a seamless sales experience, and genuine value for our customers. As an Agricultural Sales Representative you will play a pivotal part in supporting the growth of the Tasmanian agricultural industry. We offer: A supportive team culture from day one Ongoing training and development Strong relationships with leading global brands A Competitive Salary Package Uncapped commission structure, rewarding Drive, Initiative, and Results About the Role Your responsibilities will include: Proactively identifying new business opportunities across our product range Building and maintaining a strong customer network within your designated region Consistently deliver high levels customer service Collaborating with the Branch Manager & Group Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets Work effectively with all departments and branches Accurately appraise and value machinery offered for trade-in or purchase Represent TASMAC at field days demonstrations and industry events Ensure timely and accurate sales administrationAll other duties as required by management About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in agricultural sales or similar industry Demonstrated sales achievements and a strong customer focus A proactive attitude and well developed problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and relationship building skills An ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail Strong organisational and time management skills A passion for farming and the agricultural industry High level of computer literacy Valid and current driver’s Licence Next Steps Please click "apply now" and follow the instructions to be considered for this position.
