About Us For over 120 years, Hope Community Services has been supporting Western Australians to build safer, healthier, and more connected lives. We provide compassionate, person-centred support to people affected by justice involvement, alcohol and drug use, mental health challenges, family and domestic violence and youth disengagement. About the Role As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll help create a safe and stable environment for young people navigating the justice system. You’ll be there for the daily wins, encouraging healthy choices, keeping routines on track, and supporting young people to meet their bail conditions. When the residence is unoccupied, you'll step into a community-focused role, mentoring youth, building local connections, and strengthening Hope’s presence in Hedland. What’s on Offer $48.31/hr + $5.57 regional allowance + penalty rates (SCHADS Level 3) Casual roles available — 1 to 4 shifts per fortnight on an ad-hoc basis Free, confidential counselling for staff and families Career development & training opportunities
