Responsibilities Provide high‑quality therapeutic services to clients under the NDIS and aged care programs. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals and outcomes. Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting interventions as necessary. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records in compliance with regulatory standards. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in allied health. Requirements Degree in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or an appropriately related field. 18 to 24 months of relevant professional experience. Registration with the relevant professional body (e.g., AHPRA SPA ESSA). Experience working within the NDIS and/or aged care sectors is highly desirable. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required.
