This role will suit someone who is already in this position (and seeking a change), or someone who can demonstrate both strong instructional practice and the leadership capability to guide a large Maths team with clarity, confidence, and impact. This position offers meaningful leadership responsibility with the right balance of teaching—three classes , dedicated time allowance , and a homeroom —giving you both impact and connection to the classroom. Your teaching load is negotiable and the senior leadership team is really looking for the right person to step in and continue building on a solid foundation.
