E-Commerce & Digital Performance Specialist (80 -100%) We’re now looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Performance Specialist to drive our online growth and elevate our digital presence. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead performance across our digital channels, guide our marketing partners, and turn data insights into actions that boost sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and optimise our Shopify website to improve conversion, user experience, and product visibility. Ensure smooth alignment between Shopify and POS systems for seamless online and in-store operations. Manage and challenge external partners across SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Social Media Ads to deliver strong, measurable performance. Develop and execute our CRM and loyalty strategy using tools such as Yotpo, Omnisend, or Klaviyo. Use data-driven marketing, segmentation, automation, and retention programs, to drive repeat purchases and increase customer lifetime value. Analyse overall digital performance (traffic, sales, ROAS, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate, AOV, bounce rate) to uncover opportunities that enhance both customer experience and profitability. Translate insights into action, ensuring accurate tracking, efficient budget allocation, and decisions that maximise ROI and support business growth. Maintain a cohesive brand experience by aligning online and offline marketing activities. About you 5 to 7 years of experience in e-commerce or digital performance, ideally within retail, healthcare, or D2C environments. You understand the digital ecosystem end-to-end from Shopify and SEO/SEM to Meta Ads, CRM, analytics, and customer experience. You’re data-driven and commercially minded, able to translate KPIs and financial metrics (ROAS, CAC, CLV) into actions that drive profitable growth. You’re confident in managing external partners, budgets, and performance optimisation across multiple channels. You’re comfortable with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Yotpo, Omnisend, and Klaviyo. You’re a strong communicator and team player, who enjoys working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced SME environment. Initial immersion available at multiple Sydney locations with primary locations in Bondi Junction and Dee Why.
