Civil Drafter Are you ready to bring your Civil Drafting expertise to impactful projects that shape communities? We’re looking for a driven professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of innovative, high-quality design solutions. This role offers the chance to collaborate with industry-leading clients, work closely with skilled colleagues, and make a meaningful contribution to projects that demand technical excellence, efficiency, and creativity. Key Responsibilities Work on civil engineering design projects for a variety of key clients Prepare designs using AutoCAD Engage with and help develop relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients Focus on cost containment, efficiency, profitability and project operations Contribute innovative ideas to the team and suggest ways to improve quality and efficiency of our services Who are you? The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering and bring at least five years of experience in the field. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, while exposure to Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) projects will be highly regarded. Experience using 12D or Civil 3D for civil design work is desirable, though a keen interest in developing these skills will also be valued. Familiarity with ProjectWise would be an advantage, along with the ability to contribute effectively in a collaborative team environment.
