About the roleThe position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:Conducting foot patrols ensuring people are safe and buildings are secure

Escorting people around the site

Ensuring property is locked and unlocked as required

Directing and helping people to navigate around the site

Writing reports in response to incidents

Communicating calmly and clearly with key stakeholders

Skills & experienceCertificate II in Security Operations

Valid Security Licence

Customer centric approach

Proven ability to remain alert while being focused on task

Flexibility and adaptability
