Our programs are facilitated by a Raise Program Counsellor who is there to support you each and every week in your role as a mentor. Mentoring runs for 2 hours per week, during school hours, during terms 2, 3 (excluding school holidays). Mentors are required to commit to attending at least 18 of the 20 weeks, to ensure the best possible outcome for their mentee. The mentoring position requires volunteers to set aside 2 hours per week, during school hours, for the duration of 20 weeks from April through to September. Depending on what school you decide to mentor in, they will determine the day and time the program will run so it will be consistent throughout the program’s duration.
