It is well-suited for ex-service personnel with experience in coaching. YOUR ROLE - As a Professional Performance Coach, you will be responsible for coaching military leaders in their personal and professional development. This involves conducting one-on-one and group coaching sessions and providing ongoing support to help military personnel cultivate the necessary power skills and mindset to perform under pressure. As a Professional Performance Coach in our purpose-driven business, you will be crucial in helping military leaders develop the awareness they need to achieve their best. Your work will contribute to our mission of helping them reach their ultimate potential and become extraordinary leaders. By utilising psychometric diagnostics coupled with your formal tertiary education and coaching experience, you will assist our military officers in cultivating emotional resilience and strong leadership skills to achieve Social Mastery. This will enhance their performance during challenging training programs and beyond. Reporting to the Lead Coach, you will collaborate with a professional team of performance coaches who provide ongoing coaching support to military officers, maximising their learning, development, and overall performance. * Power skills refer to the personal and professional mindset that enables individuals to be effective military officers and strong military leaders. ABOUT YOU You will be passionate about people and desire to make a difference; Be intrinsically motivated – do what you do because you love it; You want to work independently but know that you have support when necessary; You are very reliable and organised, and you value the importance of building relationships. You possess tertiary-level qualifications in a related discipline; You possess a coaching qualification and five years of coaching experience in internal or external coaching (not negotiable). You are keenly interested in coaching individuals to maximise their performance under pressure. Experience in psychometrics (behaviour, emotional intelligence) is desirable but not essential. Defence exposure - a bonus, but not essential; Note: This role requires the ability to obtain an Australian Government security clearance, Negative Vetting 1.
