Role Overview UMENCO is recruiting an eCommerce Manager for a noted Australian RTW and lifestyle brand, who are known for their refined wardrobe staples. The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for driving online sales and profitability through the execution of a cohesive digital strategy. This includes the strategic development, implementation and management of the international ecommerce plan, ensuring the customer experience reflects the brands core values at every touchpoint. The successful talent will be accountable for the online P&L, ensuring expenditure aligns with profit targets, while also identifying and leveraging brand and product opportunities through data, case studies and analytics. A key focus of the role i optimising the omnichannel customer journey across sales channels, partnering closely with B&M and Wholesale to deliver a seamless brand experience. The eCommerce Manager will work alongside the DC Manager to ensure fulfilment is efficient and customer-centric, while leading enhancements to improve the end-to-end journey. In addition, you will manage site performance through continuous testing, analytics and optimisation, surfacing insights to drive informed decision-making with stakeholders. Merchandising and content strategy will also fall within your remit. You will develop and maintain a clear product release schedule, refine online content based on engagement and analytics to stay ahead of market trends. Managing agency relationships to deliver site enhancements, while ensuring customer care evolves from a cost centre into a value-driving profit centre, will be key responsibilities. This leadership role requires at least five years experience in a similar ecommerce position, proven success in achieving sales targets and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Strong technical knowledge of Shopify and Indigo ERP is highly valued, alongside project management experience in delivering UX and commercial enhancements. The successful talent will manage and develop both the ecommerce and customer care teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth and accountability. With strong financial acumen, attention to detail and an entrepreneurial mindset, the eCommerce Manager will drive performance while contributing to the continued growth and evolution of the digital business.
