Taking a more holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers Work across the ADF and DVA portfolios, supporting our Veterans and current ADF members. In this hybrid role, work location will vary between HMAS Albatross with some ability to work from home. What will make you successful Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA, ESSA (as an EP), ASORC or AASW Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Psychology or Social Work Minimum of 12 months clinical experience, with relevant registration in your health discipline Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal Passion to help people rehabilitate Occupational Rehabilitation/case management will be highly regarded Ability to work on-site at HMAS Albatross (Nowra Hill) between the hours of 07:30 - 15:30 Monday to Friday Joining the APM group, you have the opportunity to grow your career in Human Services across multiple global brands and geographies.
