Join to apply for the Engagement Design Lead role at MYER MYER is looking for an Engagement Design Lead who will be responsible for using a data-driven approach to support the design of Myer’s customer-focused content, audience, and offer strategy. Reporting to the Senior Manager Engagement Design, this role plays a critical part in driving key commercial metrics and ensuring alignment with Myer’s overarching customer strategy. Exciting new opportunity in our Loyalty and Data department Join our growing MYER team Flexible hybrid working model – mix of working in our Docklands Support Office and Work-From-Home About the role Support the development of the audience, content, and offer strategy to drive customer engagement and commercial outcomes. Oversee personalised campaigns across eDM, App, and SMS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Apply a test-and-learn approach, using data and insights to continuously refine and optimise performance. Develop reporting frameworks to track impact and share results with senior stakeholders. Collaborate within and across the Customer team to ensure alignment and smooth program delivery. About you Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Campaign Design Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure impact. Deep understanding of customer experience metrics, including LTV, churn, and other engagement indicators. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Understanding of marketing automation tools and platforms, including familiarity with CRM and customer data platforms. Strong project management and cross‑functional skills with ability to manage, prioritise, implement, and analyse various initiatives in a fast‑paced environment, often simultaneously. Demonstrated experience in creating, disseminating, and presenting key business insights and/or strategy initiatives clearly and concisely to various stakeholders, including senior management. Strong financial acumen with ability to build and communicate financial business cases to support initiatives. Ability to influence with authority and manage senior stakeholders to drive change and bring multiple partners and stakeholders to a unified consensus.
