We are seeking a full-time Senior Consultant to join our Perth team, in order to support our growth and assist in delivering consulting assignments throughout Australia and overseas.This role would be primarily located in Perth, but travel to client sites within WA as well as interstate (and potentially overseas) will be required.Please be aware that we will only accept applications from candidates with full Australian working rights, and we will not accept applications from recruitment agencies.As part of our team, you will enjoy the following:

As a successful candidate, you should be motivated to apply your knowledge of asset management, maintenance and/or reliability to generate effective, sustained change for asset-owning organisations.You will use your interpersonal skills to act as a trusted advisor and agent of change, and to build lasting relationships with your clients.Your responsibilities:
Your primary duties will involve performing consulting and training assignments relating to asset management, maintenance and reliability improvement initiatives.Conducting asset management, maintenance and reliability reviews, audits and gap assessmentsDeveloping and documenting improved asset management systems and business processes. This could include, for example, assisting clients to:
Develop strategic asset management plans and asset management plansDevelop and implementing improved asset management processes and practicesUnderstand and enhance asset management competence within their organisationsAchieve alignment and/or certification against the requirements of ISO 55001
Developing and documenting improved maintenance and reliability systems and business processes. This could include, for example, assisting clients to:
Improve their maintenance planning and scheduling processes and practicesDevelop and improve their processes for improving equipment reliability
Coaching and training others to implement improved maintenance management and reliability engineering processes and practicesApplying reliability engineering principles and tools to maximise equipment productivityDeveloping and delivering training in asset management, maintenance and/or reliabilityBuilding and maintaining client relationshipsDeveloping proposals for new projectsProject managing and supervising the work of other consultantsLiaising with clients and potential clients to uncover potential leads and sales opportunities.Mandatory requirements:
An undergraduate degree or higher in a technical (such as engineering), asset management or management related fieldA minimum of five years’ experience in an asset management, maintenance or reliability engineering role in asset-intensive organisationsExposure to the successful implementation of significant improvements in asset management, maintenance and/or reliability performanceFamiliarity with ISO 55001 and its application in practiceThe capability to take the initiative and work independently when requiredHighly developed people skills with the ability to relate well to client staff and teammatesStrong communication skills with the ability to produce high quality reports and presentationsAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office applicationsPermanent rights to work in AustraliaCapability to travel domestically and internationally as requiredPostgraduate qualifications in maintenance, reliability, business or asset managementCAMA qualifications (highly desired), an IAM Certificate qualification in Asset Management or equivalentPrevious consulting experiencePrevious line management/supervisory experienceSome commercial acumen – Sales, marketing and finance.Our culture
