Director of Campus Vision and Development (Years 10-12) - Urban Campus Project Immanuel Lutheran College is a thriving, independent P–12 College on the Sunshine Coast, recognised for our commitment to whole-person learning and our belief that every young person is created with unique gifts, strengths, and potential. Our main campus sits across 23 hectares of stunning rainforest, providing a vibrant and contemporary environment for learning and community serving 1250 students. Complementing this is our dedicated Outdoor Education Campus, located two hours west of the Sunshine Coast, where students engage in immersive, real-world learning and personal development. With a visionary third Urban Campus now in active planning, Immanuel is expanding its educational landscape with purpose and excitement. Together, these campuses reflect our commitment to delivering world-class, futures-focused education for our students, right here on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. College Strategic Vision: Expand Your World – with Us Our strategic vision, Expand Your World – with Us, empowers students to grow intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, and socially through authentic, future-focused learning. We believe education should broaden horizons, inspire curiosity, and equip young people to thrive in a complex and rapidly changing world. This strategic vision, grounded in our faith and values, underpins everything we do, especially as we develop our new senior campus. Immanuel Lutheran College prioritises the safety, welfare and wellbeing of children and young people, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The learning model of the Urban Campus Project will support students to make a positive difference in the world, connecting to and embracing diversity; each student’s difference, skills, and interests will matter. The Urban Campus Project will allow every learner to flourish, supporting our young people in a seamless transition in the world of tertiary learning and work; connected to the real-world – adventurous, relational, compassionate and purposeful.
