What you'll be doing
The position provides a specialised clinical service to patients/client/consumers across the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District. The position will provide high quality inpatient and/or outpatient for referred patients/clients/consumers and act as a consultant for health professionals in the area of Allied Health: Nutrition & Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Diversional Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Speech Pathology and Exercise Physiology. .What we can offer you

Selection Criteria
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligible for membership of professional association for disciplines not requiring AHPRA registration.
- Experience in aged care/community including recognising and managing deteriorating or vulnerable patients.
- Demonstrated high-level problem solving, time management, and prioritisation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team and/or interdisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication, and strong computer literacy skills.
- Knowledge and proven ability to undertake quality improvement and service evaluation processes.
- Extensive post graduate clinical experience in the aged care or community health.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence, with the ability to travel in accordance with position responsibilities.
