Job Title: Graduate Accounting - Office Admin Job Type: Full-time Salary: 50K to 65K plus super Overview St Albans Home Caring is seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Graduate Accounting - Office Admin Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for accounting and data entry tasks, liaising with Allied health services and speaking with clients about their support services. This position offers a chance for a driven individual to demonstrate their abilities in strategic thinking and planning skills. This role is ideal for someone who is bilingual that speaks both Vietnamese and English as majority of our clients are Vietnamese. Key Responsibilities Assist with the provision of high-quality care that is tailored to the individual needs of clients, considering their care plans, available funding, and services. Help manage various administrative tasks, such as inputting data, managing phone calls, and scheduling appointments with Allied Health professionals. Collaborate with community service providers to establish a network that offers comprehensive care options to clients. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, keeping them up to date and following professional standards. Work independently and as part of a small team, taking ownership of assigned tasks and actively participating in team meetings and planning sessions. Qualifications and Skills Own registered vehicle and current driver's license Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and service providers. Proficient in using Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
