With a strong NDIS focus, you will have the opportunity to tailor the role towards an assessment or therapy-based mixed caseload including Adult and/or Paediatric clients. Responsibilities / Services Functional / Activities of Daily Living Assessments and Support Needs recommendations Assistive Technology Assessments for people with simple and complex needs Fine Motor and Gross Motor therapy Housing needs Assessments including SIL / SDA or ILO accommodation options 1:1 Therapy – evidence based and goal orientated interventions 24-Hour seating and positioning assessment and implementation of recommendations Adult Therapy (including group or 1:1 sessions) Manual Handling Assessments and Training Developmental Milestone Assessments for early intervention (0-5) and/or school aged (5-12) children (paediatric caseload option) Sensory Assessments and Interventions Emotional Regulation and Behavioural strategies working with Parents / Carers / Teachers (in-clinic, homes and schools) About You / Essential Criteria Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA Working with Children Check and National Police Check Current driver’s license and own vehicle Current Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Why Choose Optimum Health Solutions?
