To learn more about our company values, visit What the role is We’re seeking a motivated Graduate Geotechnical / Environmental Engineer or Scientist to join our North West Sydney (Rouse Hill) branch. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career, gain hands‑on experience across a wide variety of projects and learn directly from industry experts. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team, working in both the field and office, contributing to projects that make a real impact in infrastructure, environment and community outcomes. What you’ll be doing Carry out site investigations, including soil, groundwater and geotechnical assessments. Operate specialist equipment, collect and analyse samples and manage subcontractors. Conduct inspection and testing relating to bulk earthworks projects. Use software such as QGIS and Slope W to interpret data and develop solutions. Contribute to proposals, technical reporting and project delivery. Work safely and collaboratively to achieve client and project outcomes.
