Goulburn Motor Group is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join our team in Shepparton, VIC. This full-time role is an integral part of our Automotive Trades division, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing all aspects of vehicle servicing and repairs. What you’ll be doing Liaise with customers to understand their vehicle service and repair requirements Manage and coordinate the workflow of the service department to ensure efficient and timely completion of all jobs Provide cost estimates, authorise work, and manage customer expectations throughout the service process Oversee the work of junior service advisors and technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship Maintain detailed records of all vehicle services and repairs Identify and recommend additional services or repairs to customers Assist with the training and development of junior service staff Contribute to the continuous improvement of service department processes and procedures What we’re looking for Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skillsProven ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently under pressure Thorough understanding of vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing requirements Familiarity with automotive industry regulations and best practices Proficient in using automotive management software and computer systems Ability to lead and mentor a team of service staff What we offer At Goulburn Motor Group, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
