About the role We're seeking an AEM Developer to design, develop, and enhance our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms that power Transurban's digital presence. You’ll join an innovative Digital Services team that embraces collaboration, continuous improvement, and modern engineering practices to deliver impactful digital solutions. As our AEM Developer, you'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It's meaningful, challenging, and exciting work. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, and integrations aligned with Transurban standards. Deliver high‑quality software through Agile and DevOps methodologies, ensuring continuous integration and continuous delivery. Collaborate with business and technology teams to assess impacts, clarify requirements, and implement solutions. Diagnose and resolve system issues to meet service levels, engaging with security and third‑party vendors as needed. Mentor team members and contribute to process improvements across the digital engineering function. Qualifications Strong technical expertise in AEM, including JCR API, Sling Models, OSGi, HTL, and Touch UI dialogs. Experience integrating AEM with RESTful APIs and cloud components such as AWS. Proficiency with DevOps tools and practices, including Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of Java and basic familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and results‑driven mindset.
